The hotel had nice service with caring and well-trained staff. The location was exceptional with good cleanliness standards. The dining experience offered extensive choices, but some dishes were disappointing. The rooms were not properly clean and had issues with air flow and A/C systems.

The location is nice with good pool and beach access, though the cleanliness could be improved in some areas.
